Use before applying mascara. Open the eyelash curler. Position lashes between lash pad and curved plate. Squeeze curler gently and firmly for 15 to 20 seconds before releasing the handle. Repeat for additional curl, then apply mascara. Replace lash pad with a refill when it wears out.
To clean: wash with soap and water. Wipe dry.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended for use by children.
